Because life happens—and so do flocks.

If you need to cancel an order, we understand. We’re a family-run farm and know that plans can change. We’re happy to issue a refund, minus a $5 fee or credit card processing cost—whichever is higher—to help cover admin and platform fees. If we ever need to cancel an order on our end, you’ll receive a full refund, no questions asked. To request a cancellation, please email us directly at: thehavenhatchery@gmail.com and include your order number in the subject line.
